mentor. author. speaker. edge-cutter
my particulars come in petite, medio and venti, take your pick.
petite
i am a torch-holder for a world-to-be in which feminine leadership flourishes and the epidemic of women self-haters has long become absurd.
i teach, i coach, i speak and i write, supporting success-minded women to wake up their body wisdom, turn on their feminine strength and live brilliant lives aligned with their true desires.
my (eyebrow-raising) work has been featured in the likes of Forbes, the Huffington Post and Jezebel. i make the san francisco bay area home with my husband, son and extended chosen family.
medio
i am a coach, teacher, speaker and author, helping entrepreneurial-minded women find the full expression of their feminine strength, inside and out of the office. hint: this does not translate into more pantsuits and power lunches. it does translate into women redefining success to honor their feminine hearts and bodies whilst blazing remarkable trails into their lives and work.
edge-cutting entrepreneurs, business professionals, artists, healers, mothers returning to work or balancing work with family, Fortune 500 leaders (and a shaman or two) have all been clients in my over 13+ years of private practice, in my mentorship program, Woman: The Embodiment Experience and in my popular online courses, Man Whispering and the Inner Feminine Badass Bootcamp. my work has been featured in high-brow sources the likes of Forbes, the Huffington Post and Jezebel.
i bow in great gratitude to the shoulders on which i stand and life-work that’s influenced me: Michelle Masters, Carla Camou and Carl Buccheit of NLP Marin, Jodi White of Dance Theatre Seven, Integrative Nutrition, Vipaassana and mindfulness meditation, Vedic Tantra, Vinyasa Yoga, Tony Robbins, Landmark Education, Osho, Dolano, the Family Systems work of Bert Hellinger, and the thought-leadership of David Deida, Elana Firestone and Kassy Sheklehoff (and all the teachers) at Morehouse, Alison Armstrong of PAX, Regena Thomashauer of Mama Gena’s School of Womanly Arts, Sabrina Chaw, Riane Eisler, Dr. Christiane Northrup, Dr. Patricia Taylor of Expanded Orgasm, and my own extraordinary parents.
i was born to new-age free-thinking parents, raised on an intentional community in northern new mexico, and grown with garden veggies and hand-me-downs. i have yet to get back in the box.
i call home to the san fransisco bay area, with my husband, son and extended chosen family.

venti
i teach, i coach, i speak and i write, supporting entrepreneurial-minded women (whose souls are tired) to blaze remarkable trails into their lives and work, using their feminine strength, intuition and brilliance. sometimes we need to shift her deeply-seated beliefs, sometimes we need to reunite her with her desires, sometimes we need to educate her on the optimal conditions for her feminine genius™ to flourish. whatever is needed to turn her lights back ON we do, because i am crystal clear that each woman’s embodied wisdom will light up and lead our world.
my life has always been a little to the left of center, allowing me to explore firsthand what i bring to my clients and students: feminine power, insight and wisdom as they relate to relationship and motherhood, business and artistic ambition, and life itself. edge-cutting entrepreneurs, business professionals, artists, healers, mothers returning to work or balancing work with family, fortune 500 leaders (and a shaman or two) have all been clients in my over 13+ years of private practice.
at 16, i left home to pursue my burning passion for modern dance. highly motivated [read: obsessed and compelled] to succeed, i toured throughout the US and europe, most notably with the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company in israel and the Metropolitan Opera Ballet in new york city. but the life of a professional dancer can be a difficult one [read: brutal], and after battling with eating disorders and the devastating effects of dance on my body and body-image, i made a radical choice: i tore up my acceptance letter from The Julliard School’s dance department and steered my life in a providential direction.
i dove headlong into health and wellness, receiving certification as a holistic health counselor from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. this burgeoning love of healthy embodiment led me to become a registered yoga teacher through the Yoga Alliance. while working with clients on their nutrition and overall health, i began to see much deeper patterns in the women i encountered. far too often, women in positions of power were mimicking male role models (not a whole lot of other models out there), leading to burnout, deep unhappiness, and outright illness. you cannot tap into true feminine power without including the body and sensual energy.
after becoming a certified master practitioner of neuro-linguistic patterning, i began to focus my work in private practice on relationship, sexuality, and feminine power, and developed some wildly popular programs for my clients, including Man Whispering, the Inner Feminine Badass Bootcamp and Woman: The Embodiment Experience. my work quickly gained attention [read: raised eyebrows] and led me to speak in corporations, colleges and conferences, appear on dozens of radio and TV shows, and be featured in noteworthy magazines and high profile online sources, including the Huffington Post, Forbes and Jezebel.
i speak fairly good dutch, a decent amount of italian and just enough french to have an incendiary conversation about love (while staying out of jail). i have been happily and dynamically partnered for over 11 years and married for 4, and my young son Griffin ensures my work is always and ever grounded in the real world and in real love.
i call home to the san francisco bay area, with my extended community and chosen family.
